* Visitors in Beijing 102007: 北京訪客

We went to Beijing in October 2007. Gary attended a conference and I arranged to meet several friends who I didn't manage to see before we left China in February 2007. I visited Beijing twice before and I'm always amazed at how much and how fast things are changing in China, especially in Beijing. Genernally speaking, things are getting better all the time. For this trip, we visited CCTV, Beijing University, Tsinghua University and Beijing Film Academy. My main focus was to establish international links between these institutions with our new academic home, University of Leeds. I also try to concentrate on my creative writing in the Chinese language.
