該押致靚賢伉儷了吧

厚厚的六十二頁判決書，李英豪法官清楚寫下了前調查局長葉盛茂如何護航、圖利了扁珍家族的洗錢罪行，更是第一次，將陳致中如何主導了開戶、轉帳、銷戶與洗錢的過程，條列的清清楚楚。

 

相信陳致中一定會仔細研究這份判決書，有鄭文龍這類的律師在，正在土城看守所的2630也會有相當程度的掌握，這對父子應該會從脊樑骨開始發寒，一「葉」知秋，預知他們未來的下場，一定比葉盛茂更加淒涼，不寒而慄。

 

有一群人更該不寒而慄，就是這段日子以來，一直對陳致中與黃睿靚這對「賢伉儷」禮遇有加的特偵組。

 

讓人好奇的是，李英豪對陳致中在洗錢的角色與過程，掌握如此清楚，難道檢察官不知道這些證據嗎？檢調絕對不可能不知情，當然是檢調單位手中的卷證提供給李英豪的。

 

問題是，檢調單位過去訊問致靚「賢伉儷」時，有沒有針對這些李英豪所寫的過程，要求致靚「賢伉儷」說清楚與講明白呢？

 

如果有，連吳景茂、林德訓、陳鎮慧‧‧‧這些「外圍」都被收押了，致靚「賢伉儷」怎能還能逍遙自在，逛街吃大餐？

 

如果有，每一次提訊吳景茂、陳鎮慧‧‧‧都是好幾個小時以上，為什麼致靚「賢伉儷」都如同蜻蜓點水般，到特偵組走一趟就全身而退？

 

如果有，當檢察官到寶徠就訊致靚「賢伉儷」時，陳致中並不配合，也不願填寫英文的查帳授權書，這樣的不願面對司法，坦白交待的「洗錢操盤手」，特偵組怎麼可能還要替他「打圓場」，放出一個根本沒有意義的「願意將瑞士七億匯回台灣」，事先鋪陳致靚「賢伉儷」可能會「減刑」或「緩刑」的氣氛呢？

 

李英豪的判決書，特偵組真的該好好仔細詳讀，然後想一想：是不是該再傳訊致靚「賢伉儷」了，而要是這對「賢伉儷」還是一樣不合作，再不依法、依例考慮聲押，這種對小跑腿嚴厲，對「王子」禮遇的作風，恐怕，社會上許多人難免會懷疑，在特偵組當中，也有下一個「葉盛茂」‧‧‧

李英豪到底是法官還是檢察官?連聯合報都指出李英豪的判決證據十分薄弱,證據薄弱還可以判人家十年重刑?這已經有把自由心證無限上綱當作是實質證據的嫌疑了

A dumb lawyer is allowed to visit the
"prisoner" on daily basis bring in all
kinds of vital infos and brings out all
kinds of messages including his now
infamous but horribly poor poems, letters to his wife, declaration of independence of Banana Republic of Foolmosa, etc.

Was he supposed to be forbidden for any
outside contacts ? Or is he so "special", so roayl, so holy, so His Majesty
is treated very special ???

Why the former "Crown Prince" is given
very courteous and lenient treatment is
also puzzling. If so much evidence have
already been collected for many months
and men/hours effort, are they going to
give this lousy young law graduate an
easy way out ??? What the hell are they
waiting for ?

Simply feed him some magic drug which
CIA used in Guantanamo for dealing with
alleged terrorists, can be applied to
this young guy and it is guaranteed that
all truth will spit out. All the so
called "investigation" is too slow, too
tedious, too inefficient, too much like
just a show, a lousy and boring show.
For what ?
For the bloody dirty face of "son" and
"grandson" of Taiwan ??
or the approval of DPP, just in case
one day.................??

不急!不急!不必急著押人,挺扁的人挺到肚子扁扁也要挺到底,如按常理"賢伉儷"早該收押,但後果是這些人會如何反應?雖說特偵組辦案不應有太多政治考量,但衡酌與其收押賢伉儷,而讓這些人鎮日咆哮,不如俟證據完整攤在眾人面前,好讓這些執迷不悟的追隨者啞口無言之後再行收押,這也是台灣政治現實下的不得不呀!語重心長的說:台灣已被有心政客分化的太過份,反扁的人應該多體諒許多挺扁人的失落心境,不要為圖一時快意傷到這些人的情感,彼此多一點包容體諒,畢竟大家都是一條船上的人,都是我們的同胞,只是不幸被有心政客利用,請各位明鑒.

凡事演唱戲劇演員先後出場上臺者、先由跑龍套的出場暖場、然然再由配戲演員一一的輪流上場、{ 例如特偵組該傳的及該聲押的及交保
釋放出來的都已演的差不多了、葉盛茂己经一審宣判了、}壓軸戲好戲就在後頭、就等男主主角女主角粉墨登場了、
一經起訴進入法院、法官傳訊時也可能比照葉盛茂也來個當庭收押吧！
如果特偵組提出聲押、也只能有二個月羈押期、否則就是聲請延押、那很浪廢司法資源的！

To 看不慣,

You have every right to be sick about me. That's what the constitution is for. But, to be "legitimately" sick about me, assuming you know what "legitimate" means, which I doubt, it would be nice if you can reason where your sickness comes from.

And I'm sorry I cannot type in Chinese, but trust me, my Chinese is no worse than, if not better than, yours. I type in English only because I have no Chinese operating system here. That I apologize again.

I want to reiterate my point.
"Let the judicial system do their work."

If you believe in the court can make Mr. Ma not guilty, assuming you do, then you should have equal faith in that the court can also make A-Bian pay for what he did. Mr. Huang said numerous time thatMr. Ma is a decent man, meaning he believes that the court did a correct job on Mr. Ma's case. Then,why day after day second-guessing the court on A-bian's case? That's called DOUBLE-STANDARD.

My point is simple. Why spend so much time an effort on a suspect, who has no power to chance our destiny? The current government is doing so many controversial things, which is going to affect our generation and many to come. Yet, Mr. Huang isso obsessed on A-bian. What good does it make? Can you tell me? Death penalty on A-bian and hisfamily? What happen next when all the hatred has no where to go? Can you do something more constructive then?

I may be sarcastic, but I come with a reason.

to 終於瞭解

馬英九拒絕達賴訪台，就跟美國拒絕台灣總統訪美道理是一樣的。就是不想為一些枝節與中國大陸撕破臉。

台灣目前的經濟極需改善，要改善絕對要與大陸有良好互動。權衡利害關係，拒絕達賴訪台比較符合台灣目前利益。就像美國為了與大陸建交，不得不與台灣斷交一樣。
